Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We understand that skincare is personal. If you experience an allergic reaction or sensitivity to a product, please reach out — returns and exchanges for used items in these cases are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To start a return, contact us at bethany@touchofyin.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to our return address:

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, simply reach out to us at bethany@touchofyin.com and we'll take care of it for you. Please include your order details and let us know what you'd like to exchange for, and we'll guide you through the process from there.
Refunds
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at bethany@touchofyin.com.
